Filter/Humidifier Pad Replacements
Do you often forget to replace your furnace filter and humidifier pad? Do you find it hard to keep up with? Allow me to put you on a schedule, and come in and change them on a routine basis, alleviating you of that extra responsibility.
Water Heater Flushing
Over time, mineral sediment and debris settles at the bottom of the tank, which causes a slew of problems. From unsettling noises due to trapped pressure, less space in the tank for hot water, and higher energy bills due to the extra time to heat the water. It's recommended to flush the tank once a year, or every 6 months if on well water or hard water.

AC System Cleanings
Your AC System is split into two parts, one cooling the air in the home, and one dispersing the heat outside. It is recommended to clean these coils annually as air tries to pass through the micro-thin airways, which become clogged with dust/grime and especially in Michigan: cottonwood.

Duct Sealing
Every piece of ductwork is assembled with various pieces of ducting, which have connection points that either leak out or introduce outside air. I offer sealing of ducting with either thermal tape or mastic sealant, improving airflow, raising efficiency, and improving the air quality in the home.

I had a great experience working with Shane. He first came out to my new house to clean the air ducts and vents, which he did efficiently and thoroughly. While he was here, I asked if he could also clean the dryer vent. Instead of just doing it and charging me, he was honest and let me know the existing vent was outdated and no longer up to code, so cleaning it wouldn't really be worth it. He offered to come back the following week to install a brand new, safe dryer duct. The new setup is much more secure, and I appreciate how transparent and explanatory he was throughout the whole process. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone needing duct or vent work done!
