I had a great experience working with Shane. He first came out to my new house to clean the air ducts and vents, which he did efficiently and thoroughly. While he was here, I asked if he could also clean the dryer vent. Instead of just doing it and charging me, he was honest and let me know the existing vent was outdated and no longer up to code, so cleaning it wouldn't really be worth it. He offered to come back the following week to install a brand new, safe dryer duct.
